Our office in Warsaw (Poland) is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Eastern countries, the German and Polish markets. You have a Polish secondary school education and you have one year experience in a similar position in an intercultural company. With respect to established procedures, your relational qualities and your techniques of communication allow you to master the administrative management of a sector and to be the liaison between the sales force, the various departments of the company (marketing, planning, factories, credit control, printing service…), the different partners, the internal and external customers. You contribute to the good image of the company by developing customer loyalty and by offering optimal service. Your main tasks will be:

  • Order management
  • Contact with the customers about their shipments
  • Organization of shipments
  • Management of sample requests
  • Management of forecasts for some customers (follow the level of inventory and consumption of items, adjustment of orders)
  • Calculate the prices, commissions and rebates
  • Phone contact with the customer
  • Provide basic technical answers
  • Ensure and help the sales force to reach their targets
  • Creation and conclusion of the administrative and qualitative claims together with the ASM
