In these unprecedented times we are focused on ensuring the well-being of our people while continuing to meet the needs of our customers. As the situation evolves, we want to assure you that Viskase is modifying the ways we work to meet a very challenging environment. As such, we have instituted several policies across the organization to protect the health and safety of our teams, while minimizing the risk of disruption to our business. We have been proactively reviewing our global and local contingency plans to ensure continuity of operations. We have updated internal protocols, including banning all non-critical domestic and international business travel, implemented remote work policies across multiple locations, increased the frequency of sanitation and sterilization at our manufacturing and office facilities, instituted monitoring temperatures of employees prior to entering our facilities and restricting access to our facilities from outside visitors and contractors. These protocols are aligned with the specific guidelines of local health and government entities in the countries we operate, the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization.
